Creating a Fork
You need your own copy of the megacorp starter repo! It will be used for the rest of the course.
A fork is a copy of a repository. Forking a repository allows you to freely experiment with changes without affecting the original project.
Assignment
To fork:
- Navigate to The MegaCorp™ repo
- Press the "fork" button in the top right corner
- Make sure your new repository is named
megacorp, and you can leave the other settings as default.
You should be redirected to your new forked repo!
When you're done, copy/paste the URL of your new forked repo into the text box and submit it.
