Arrays

Refcounting for an array is similar to the VECTOR3 kind. However, an ARRAY has a dynamic size, which will add complexity.

Assignment

Update the snek_array_set function:
1. Increment the refcount of the object being assigned to the index.
2. If there was already an object stored at that index, decrement the refcount of that object.
Update the refcount_free function to handle arrays. If it's an array:
1. Iterate over each element (from 0 to size - 1) and decrement the refcount of each object.
2. Free the array itself (the elements field).
