Topic Exchange
As we talked about before, topic-type exchanges are the most flexible and powerful type of exchange.
Assignment
Open the RabbitMQ management UI and click on the exchanges tab.
Create a new exchange with type topic, and name it peril_topic.
Run and submit the CLI tests.
