So managing context is super important, and luckily, you don't have to manually do much to keep your context sane.
90% of the time, all you need to do is kill it with fire start a new session. When your current session's context is getting too large, or more importantly, you're noticing that the model is referring back to old irrelevant instructions, assumptions, or data – just start fresh.
The /new command in OpenCode starts a fresh conversation without carrying over the previous session's history. Project instructions still apply, and your files stay as they are.
Don't worry, you can use the /sessions command to jump back and resume any previous session at any time. Or use the tabs along the top of the TUI.
Personally, I don't love the tabs, because I use tabs within my terminal. If you want, you can disable them in /settings.
Start a new session to extend SlopLang's hallucinate() (print function).
Tell OpenCode to run and submit the CLI tests from the project root.
