Learn Data Structures and Algorithms in Python

Build the data structures yourself, then use them to solve harder problems with less guessing.

What will you learn?

If you've had trouble getting past a hard whiteboarding session, this course is for you. Big-O complexity is arguably the most important concept students learn in a formal computer science degree. You'll build data structures from scratch in Python and improve your problem-solving skills. We'll cover binary trees, linked lists, stacks, graphs and more. This Python course will give you the foundation you need to start your career off on the right foot. After completing this course, you'll be comfortable crushing interview questions and writing performant code.

I enjoyed this course. The coverage of binary trees, tries, and red-black trees was excellent--though I think the coverage of the RB trees should be fleshed out more. I wish the course included more material, e.g. deques, priority queues, heaps, radix sort, weighted graphs.

I did not like this course at all. It was challenging, which is great, but it is apparently the creator's favorite topic from College, and it is ZERO FUN, NEGATIVE FUN ACTUALLY. This Course changed the way that I feel about boot.dev a great deal, and I hope that the next few are much better

Lots of hard work to reach the end, but I can see my growth very clearly and it is very satisfying.

In overall it is a very good course to learn about basics of data structures and algorithms but form my perspectiv anglish is not my first language somethings are hard to grasp

honestly one of the best ways to understand data structures if you fail to "see" the logic like i do
