While possible to learn without the hand-on coding, developing the muscle memory (and redeveloping the memory muscle) is probably the best part for people who are getting back into coding. Paying for the chatbot Boots also saves you some embarrassment from having to ask an actual human (though whether Boot.dev saves those chatbot logs may be a different story. Don't be naughty!)
