This serves as a very basic introduction to Power BI with nothing to make it stand out from other tutorials. I liked the structure, but the assignments were too simple, giving an illusion of achievement but not really testing understanding and ability to apply what was taught. I would have liked to seen tips from the authors on how to work with more complex datasets and more real-life examples in general.

This is an excellent starter course for data visualization and dashboard design. The hands-on projects make core reporting concepts easy to grasp, and the visual layout techniques are top-notch. However, the DAX section feels a bit rushed and superficial. To make this a truly complete Power BI resource, the DAX module needs more depth—specifically covering evaluation contexts, time intelligence patterns, and practical business formulas.
