Theo is a Persian and Arabic philologist with a PhD from the University of Chicago. He taught himself to code in Python and Rust for use in his research, and went on to work as a Research Software Engineer and MLOps Engineer on an NSF-funded project. Now he edits courses at Boot.dev, helping authors create highly engaging and effective learning experiences.
